Family Sign-Up & Program Overview
Holiday House North is for families in Central and North Whidbey, within Coupeville and Oak Harbor school district boundaries, who are facing financial hardship for the current holiday season.
01. Check Eligibility
We coordinate with local partners to ensure support reaches as many families as possible. We ask families registering with Holiday House North be registered ONLY with Holiday House North and no other gift receiving programs. Registered families will be checked to ensure they are not signed-up with other local programs.
02. Complete Registration
Sign-up Genius will be available November 7th, 2026.
03. Visit the Store
Parents select gifts in our warm, store-like environment during their assigned time slot. Each registered child receives 4 gifts and 6 stocking stuffers.

Sign-ups for our Holiday House North gift receiving program will begin November 7th. Please come back to register and secure your spot.
When and where is Holiday House North?
Registered families will receive a specific date and time for their gift appointment via email. The event typically takes place in mid-December at Midway Training Center in Oak Harbor.
How is my privacy protected?
All registration information is strictly confidential and used solely for program eligibility. We ensure a dignified experience for all families participating in the gift program.
What are the registration dates?
Registration is open from November 7th until all sign-up slots are filled. We encourage you to register quickly to secure your spot.
How are gifts selected?
Every parent will be able to pick out 4 gifts per registered child from our different areas (Gold, Red, Blue) and 6 stocking stuffers from the stocking stuffer area. Our store like environment allows you to browse and select gifts based on your child's interests.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring ID, participants will need to show identification. It is also best that children do not accompany the parent shopper, but we can accommodate children if necessary.

What happens when you sign up?
Registered participants will receive a confirmation email. If your time and day need to be adjusted, do so with the personal link within your confirmation email. As time slots fill up quickly, we suggest making changes early on.
Other gift programs?
To ensure we reach as many local families as possible, please confirm you aren't enrolled with Queen Bee Pantry, Margie's House, CADA gift Programs, Readiness to Learn, Toys for Tots, or NAS Navy programs. Your commitment here helps maintain fairness for everyone, ensuring Holiday House North is your only gift resource this year.
